 Terms & Conditions – Banjara Travel Pvt. Ltd.

1. Booking & Payments:

All bookings must be made through our website, official partners, or authorized personnel.
Full or partial payment must be made to confirm your tour or car rental service.
Payment options include UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (only if agreed).
Prices are subject to change based on availability, fuel costs, taxes, or regulatory changes.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Tours: Cancellations 15+ days before departure are eligible for partial refunds, subject to terms.

Car Rentals: Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may attract a cancellation charge.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

3. Responsibilities & Liabilities:

Banjara Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts as a facilitator and is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party services such as airlines, hotels, or drivers.

We are not responsible for any natural calamities, accidents, strikes, or events beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for their travel documents, safety, and behavior during the trip.

4. Vehicle Usage Policy (Car & Coach Rental):

All rented vehicles are strictly non-smoking.

Misuse or damage to the vehicle will result in fines or repair costs.

Extra hours or distance beyond agreed limits will incur additional charges.

5. Travel Documents:

The client is solely responsible for valid passports, visas, health insurance, and travel permits, if applicable.

6. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
